You will receive step-by-step instructions and guidance to creating, writing, and presenting your business plan. You will be able to utilize the Small Business Development Center’s access to specialized computer software that will help you to write a comprehensive business plan using proven techniques.
Our experienced staff will explain how to build your financial model with easy-to-use projection tools for cash flow, ratios, and income statements, and will help you to understand the importance and benefits of target market selection. Our staff will also answer your individual questions and provide recommendations.
During this workshop, you will acquire multiple resources for developing and writing your business plan. You will discover and gain access to research resources you will need to get the facts necessary of building financials, determining markets, and analyzing the competition. You will learn about resources available to help you understand business feasibility based on market potential and financial needs.
All of the above information is given to seminar attendees in a notebook that will serve as a valuable reference tool in the future.
